The January transfer window proves to be a period of feverish rumour and possible big-money moves. Several notable players are being linked with transfers out of their present clubs. Here is a look at a selection of the key names that are poised to be on the move in January.

A. Semenyo

Despite Ghana's failure to qualify for the Africa Cup of Nations, which has kept the forward available, reports suggest a major move is close. The 25-year-old has a contract with a sizeable release clause applicable for a short window at the start of the month. Latest developments point to the Premier League champions look to have won the race for his signature. Former suitors such as Chelsea and Tottenham reportedly have moved on to other targets, leaving clubs like Liverpool or Manchester United to make a late bid.

M. Guéhi

The English defender has continued to excel for Palace this season a summer move to Liverpool collapsing.
